Registration for summer lacrosse camp is coming up!  The program is available to boys and girls entering grades 1-8.

The camp for boys runs from July 18 to July 21. Full equipment is required. The camp for girls runs from July 25 to July 28. Goggles are required.

Both camps are held 6-8PM and all players receive a shirt and stick. Camps take place rain or shine!

As of 8:00am all intramural soccer games will be played. Check back for updates. Coaches remember to get rating sheets today.

The soccer clinic will begin on Saturday, March 26 at 9:00am at Winthrop Avenue School.

Soccer intramurals will be on Sunday, March 27. Coaches will notify all players. Schedules will be given out at the game on the first Sunday of the season.

Anyone still interested in joining track can come down on the first day of practice Tuesday March 29th at 5:15pm.  Practice is on the track at the Nassau BOCES track on Jerusalem Avenue in North Bellmore. Practices are on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30-6:30pm.   Wear sweats and good sneakers. Gloves while the weather is cool.  Practices will move to Mepham High School in April.

Meets are on Saturday morning starting in May.  They begin at 8:30 and finish about 12 noon.  The athletes can leave as soon as his/her events are over.  Please let the coach know.

T-shirts are issued in april.  Please be sure to indicate size of the t-shirt on the registration form.  You can print registration forms on line and bring them with you to the practice. Please print (3) copies.

Registration for our Spring Intramural Soccer Program is coming up!  The program is available to boys and girls born between 1997-2005.  An All Girls Division is available for girls born between 1997-2004.

All Kindergarten and first grade players that have not played soccer with PAL must participate in our clinic before playing in our intramural program. The Bellmore P.A.L. Soccer Clinic is conducted by the Storm Soccer Academy. The clinic is held at the Winthrop Avenue School on Saturday mornings.

The intramural program will be held on Sundays at the Nassau BOCES School on Jerusalem Avenue, Bellmore.  Intramural games last around one hour and take place between 11:00am -3:00pm.  Practice schedules are determined by the individual coach.
