PRACTICES START AT JERUSALEM AVENUE AND THEN MOVE OVER TO MEPHAM.
OUR SUMMER SEASON BEGINS AROUND THE 1ST / 2ND WEEK OF JUNE @ MEPHAM HIGH SCHOOL OR GRAND AVENUE MIDDLE SCHOOL.

THE MAIN GOAL OF THE TEAM IS TO TEACH ATHLETES THE BASICS OF TRACK & FIELD — RUNNING FORM, BREATHING, GOOD WORK ETHIC, LOVE OF THE SPORT, IF YOU WANT IT YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR IT — THEN WE LET THEM GO TO SHINE IN MIDDLE / HIGH SCHOOL

The Region 1 Championships and JO Qualifier was held at Icahn Stadium from Thursday, July 12th thru Sunday, July 15th. We had 14 athletes qualify for the Regional meet and 13 of them attended the meet. Friday was the day for the pentathlon and Mikhaila and Anthony competed. The USATF Outdoor Track & Field Championships were held on Father’s Day at Great Neck Middle School.
