THERE IS NO “DAY OF PRACTICE” REGISTRATION

       Fee is $75 per athlete…$5 discount for each additional sibling.

Athletes ages 5 thru 13 (1st grade thru 8th grade)

Practices will begin on Thursday, April 4th.                                                  Practices will be held every Tuesday & Thursday at 6:00 pm at one of the local high schools in Bellmore.   This information will be on the schedule which will be posted soon.

Meets on Saturday usually start mid-April and there are usually about 5 or 6 meets, and are held at Mitchel Field.  Meets start at  8:30 am and are usually over before 12:00  

Registration will open on March 17 and close on March 30 

PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR YOUR ATHLETE TO BE PLACED IN THE SAME GROUP WITH A FRIEND – TRACK IS BASED ON DATE OF BIRTH NOT GRADE! THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS 

Registration is capped at 80 athletes!
