Intramural Soccer

Parents,

due to field conditions and the continuing forecast of rain. Practice with trainers at Winthrop and the uniform sale will be cancelled tomorrow. Uniforms can be purchased Sunday starting at 9:30am at the Bellmore Pal office trailer at Boces. The trailer is located on the track field in the southwest corner close to Jerusalem Ave. Uniforms with socks are $45. Cash or check only. The schedule is now posted at www.bellmorepal.org.

Fall Intramural Soccer

Teams are currently being formed. Coaches will receive their rosters on Tuesday. You should hear from them shortly after. Practice with trainers at Winthrop starts 9/30. Times will be posted after Tuesday. 1st game is 10/1. Uniforms can be purchased Saturday 9/30 from 9:00-10:30am or Sunday 10/1 starting at 10:00am at the Bellmore Pal office trailer at Boces. 2023 Mile Grand Prix Races

BELLMORE STRIDERS JULY 4TH RACE

Bellmore / Merrick PAL track team has a Grand Prix during the Spring and Summer Seasons. There are 5 mile races in the Grand Prix. The athlete needs to run 3 of the 5 races to be eligible.

Our first race was the Bellmore Striders July 4th race.

Arianna Lettieri was the first female, 12 years and under with a time of 8:09.7

Livia Mikelhashvili was third in the same age group with a time of 8:34.6

Thomas Howe was the 3rd male in the 12 and under age group with a time of 7:04.3

Some of our older athletes ran the 4 mile race.
