2017 USATF Long Island Association Championships

All the athletes qualified for the Regional meet being held in Rhode Island on Sunday, November 19. Our top 6 or 7 athletes will compete.

2017 Cross Country
Bellmore’s 2017 XC team had their first meet on Saturday 21st at Gardiner’s County Park in Bay Shore.
It was a Youth 2K race for all ages. There were hay bales as part of the course which made it even more exciting.
Our new athletes got an idea of why they have to work hard at practice. They all did an awesome job.
The USATF Long Island Association XC Championships is up next. It will be at the same Park on Sunday, November 5th. Top 25 athletes in each age group and gender qualify for the Regional Championships being held in Rhode Island on November 19th!

Massapequa Mile 2017
Bellmore PAL athletes had a great time at the Massapequa Mile on Sunday, August 6. Personal Bests was the order of the day.
